Issue Collector

This script type allows you to collect user feedback directly from your site. These are the available settings:

Add issue collector code

Wondering where to get the code from? Follow these steps:

1. Open your Jira project and select Project settings from the left sidebar.

2. When the sidebar refreshes, go to Issues > Collectors.

3. Select Add issue collector, fill in the required information, and select the Custom option (see Trigger section: Trigger style).

4. Select the Submit button and copy the generated code that appears on the next page.

5. Paste it into the Spacecraft app and customize as needed.

How to use the issue collector

Position

You can change the position of the button to appear either vertically or horizontally.

Style

Button background color: Choose the background color for the button. Use the color picker or enter the HEX color value. 

Button text color: Select the color for the button text. Use the color picker or enter the HEX color value.

Content

Button text: Enter the text that is displayed by the button. If you chose the vertical position, it’s only visible when you hover over the button.

Icon: Choose the icon for the button.
