Best practices with the Sparqly Rovo agent

As Rovo is still in its early stages, there may be certain aspects that do not function flawlessly at this time. We aim to maintain transparency regarding these issues and share our best practices to enhance your experience.

The questionnaire (issue description)

  • Formulate questions that are concise and straightforward.

  • Utilize ratings rather than open-ended responses.

  • Limit the number of questions; an excessive quantity may lead Rovo to lose track of the initial context.

  • Employ bullet points for clarity; avoid numbered lists or multiple categories, as they may create confusion.

The agent

  • Start the conversation with the prompt, “Show me all the questions.” Rovo may begin to make questions up throughout the dialogue.

  • Once you have completed the questionnaire and the agent does not provide a summary, kindly request it by saying, “Please give me the summary.”

  • If the agent seems to lose track of the issue context (the provided issue key), and saving fails, you can attempt to resolve this by saying, “Please save it in <issue-key>.”
