Feedback process with Rovo

Feedback process with Rovo

To provide feedback, an issue must be provided to load the set of questions. The questionnaire is then answered step-by-step through the Rovo chatbot.

To use this feature, you need Rovo: Unlock organizational knowledge with GenAI | Atlassian

1. Preparation

The first step is to create a feedback item with the regarding information. You can then notify feedback providers via the known issue share function.

2. Open Rovo

There are several points of interaction to open the Rovo chat. You can find the “Chat” button in the top right corner.

Next, search for the “Sparqly Feedback” agent and select it.

3. Set issue context

Since the agent requires an issue to load the questions, it may prompt you to provide an issue key.

Depending on your current Jira view, this step may be skipped.

4. Answer questions

The Sparqly agent will ask questions based on the issue description. If any answer is unclear, it may request additional details.

5. Save anonymously

Once you've answered all the questions and are ready to save, the Sparqly agent will ask whether you want the feedback to be stored under your name or anonymously.

Choosing anonymity will prevent any future edits to your answers.

6. Review answers and confirmation

After everything is set, the agent will provide a summary of all your answers and ask for your confirmation.

7. Saved as comment

The provided feedback is then stored as a regular comment in the specified issue.
