The following standard fields are used in Sparqly:
Summary: The name or category of the feedback item.
Description: A set of questions posed by Rovo.
Additional Fields (optional): Includes the feedback recipient, the group of feedback providers, and the due date.
Comments: Each comment represents individual user feedback, which can optionally be saved anonymously.
