Navigation Menus – Visibility

Change the Visibility Settings of your Menu

Click on the gear icon in a menu to open the Sidebar.

Click on the “Show menu in Confluence”-Toggle to make a menu visible/invisible for users.

You can see in the Menu overview, which menus are visible to users.

If there are no other restrictions through groups or space categories, the menu is now visible to all users in your Confluence system.

If there are multiple menus visible without additional restrictions, users will see the menu marked as “Default”

You can find the same toggle at the bottom of your menu structure.
