Data Residency

The Navigation Menus for Confluence app currently stores its data in both the US and Europe (Google Cloud, Firestore database).

At this time, we do not offer individual data residency, meaning customers cannot choose where their app data is hosted.

However, our app is already undergoing a gradual migration to Atlassian Forge. The complete migration is planned for 2026. With Forge, app data will automatically be hosted in the same country where the respective Confluence instance resides. This will enable flexible data residency.
