❓What You Need to Know
Existing Paid Customers: Active subscriptions benefit from a 60-day price override. If you generate a quote and renew before July 31, 2025, you can retain their current pricing, provided your user tier stays the same.
In case of tier change: If you are considering a user tier change and won’t qualify for the override, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us via our support portal, and we’ll provide you with a voucher.
Existing Evaluators: Customers currently in a free evaluation period can also benefit from the existing price if you purchase before their evaluation ends.
