How to change the menu structure:
Add CQL search
To add a CQL search, activate CQL in the Toogle in the table column.
Click in the CQL link field. Start typing the CQL query to Add a valid field, operator and value to dynamically generate menu items dynamically based on the query’s result.

Note
Links can be added in the same field (to the main menu item and its sub-items).
